1Product Overview

SBH16-M Oil-Immersed Amorphous Transformer is a new-generation energy-saving distribution equipment. Its core adopts Fe-based amorphous alloy core instead of traditional silicon steel sheet, which greatly reduces no-load loss. Equipped with hermetically sealed corrugated oil tank and vacuum oil filling process, it is maintenance-free and long-lasting, suitable for 50Hz, 10kV distribution systems, and is the preferred choice for green power grid upgrading.

 Ultra Energy-Saving: No-load loss is 70% lower than S11 type, no-load current is 80% lower, with significant power saving effect in long-term operation, meeting Level 1 energy efficiency standard.

 Hermetically Sealed & Maintenance-Free: Corrugated oil tank automatically compensates for oil volume changes, no conservator, isolating air and moisture, moisture-proof and anti-aging, reducing later maintenance costs.

 High Reliability: Dyn11 connection mode, strong short-circuit resistance, effectively suppressing power grid harmonics, high power supply stability, suitable for complex power consumption scenarios.

 Low Noise & Eco-Friendly: Amorphous core has inherent low-noise characteristics, operating noise ≤45dB, reducing noise pollution; low carbon and emission reduction, meeting green environmental protection requirements.

 Long Service Life: Vacuum oil filling process, stable insulation performance, high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, suitable for various harsh environments, low whole-life cycle cost.
