1. Product Overview

SBH15-M series amorphous alloy distribution transformers uses amorphous alloy as the core material, adopts full-sealed oil-immersed structure. Vacuum oil injection process ensures stable insulation. The no-load loss is about 70% lower than that of traditional transformers. It is an efficient, energy-saving, reliable and maintenance-free power distribution equipment, widely used in various power distribution systems.

3. Product Functions & Features

Extreme Energy Saving: Amorphous alloy core has small magnetization power and ultra-low no-load loss, about 70% lower than S9 type transformers, which can greatly reduce electricity costs during long-term operation.

Maintenance-free Design: Full-sealed oil tank structure with high-quality seals, isolating transformer oil from the atmosphere, preventing oil deterioration and insulation moisture, no maintenance required during normal operation.

Stable Operation: Low-voltage adopts copper foil coil to enhance short-circuit withstand capacity; vacuum oil injection process eliminates coil bubbles, with excellent insulation performance and reliable operation.

Environmental Protection & Low Noise: The core adopts wound core structure, with small vibration and low noise, meeting environmental protection requirements, suitable for various noise-sensitive scenarios.

Strong Adaptability: Flexible wiring method, strong adaptability to power grid, can be adapted to different power distribution scenarios according to needs, and easy to install.
