Product Features
1. Structural composition The switchgear housing is assembled from aluminum-zinc plate or ordinary steel plate sprayed with plastic. It is mainly composed of busbar room, main switch, cable room, operating mechanism, interlocking mechanism, and low-voltage control room.
2. Busbar room The busbar room is located in the upper part of the switch cabinet. In the system, the main busbar runs through the busbar room and is connected in the busbar room. The main busbar is arranged horizontally and can be easily expanded. 3. Main switch room a) Load switch room: The switch room uses a three-station load switch. Its shell is cast with epoxy resin. It uses SF6 gas insulation and arc extinguishing. It has a "closing"; An SF6 gas pressure gauge is installed at an obvious location for monitoring during operation. b) Circuit breaker room: The circuit breaker room is located in the middle of the cabinet and can be equipped with special vacuum circuit breakers or SF6 circuit breakers according to user needs. The ring network cabinet solution with circuit breaker is mainly used for the main power supply and backup power supply in the ring network power supply system and the intermediate section cabinet of the dual power supply system. 4. Cable room The cable room is mainly used for cable connection. Single-core or three-core cables can be connected using the simplest unshielded cable heads. At the same time, the ample cable room space can also accommodate components such as current transformers, lightning arresters, and lower grounding switches. Designed according to standard, the cabinet door is also designed with observation window and safety interlocking device. The bottom plate and front door frame of the cable room can be removed to facilitate cable installation. The floor of the cable compartment is equipped with a rubber sealing cover and cable clamps. 5. Operating mechanism, interlocking mechanism and low-pressure control room The low-pressure room with interlocking also functions as a control panel. The low-voltage room is equipped with a spring operating mechanism with a position indicator and a mechanical interlocking device. It can also be equipped with auxiliary contacts, trip coils, emergency trip mechanisms, capacitive live indicators, key locks and electric operating devices. At the same time, the low-voltage room space can also be equipped with control circuits, measuring instruments and protective relays. The 750mm wide cabinet is equipped with two identical low-voltage rooms, which can accommodate more accessories. The entire HXGN switch cabinet can be divided into upper and lower units. The upper unit of the cabinet includes the busbar room, load switch, operating mechanism and low-voltage room. It can be assembled into a complete cabinet with the cable room of the lower unit, or can be separated. The equipment installed in the upper unit can be safely and conveniently inspected and modified, and the entire upper unit can be replaced.
