KYN61-40.5 (Z) armored removable AC metal-enclosed switch cabinet (hereinafter referred to as switch cabinet) is an indoor complete power distribution device with a three-phase AC capacity of 50H2 and a rated voltage of 40.5kV. It is used to receive and distribute electric energy in power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises. It can control, protect and monitor circuits and can also be used in places with frequent operations. This switch cabinet complies with GB3906-2006, GBIT11022-1999 and DLIT404-2007 standards.
Product Features
Reasonably adopt composite insulation methods, optimize electrode shapes, improve electric field distribution and other measures to make the entire cabinet structure compact and effectively reduce the floor space;
1. The "five prevention" functions are complete and the operation is safe and reliable. There are mechanical interlocking devices between the handcart, circuit breaker, grounding switch and the back door of the cabinet to prevent misuse. A padlock can be installed on the valve pushing mechanism to prevent accidents caused by non-professionals accidentally opening the valve when the handcart is pushed out of the cabinet: operations such as circuit breakers and grounding switches can be performed with the cabinet door closed, fully realizing closed-door operation;
2. The cabinet is made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant imported aluminum-zinc plate processed by CNC sheet metal, and connected by high-strength bolts, nuts, and blind rivet nuts. The entire cabinet has no welding, precise dimensions, good rigidity, and ensures handcart interchangeability;
3. The ball screw propulsion mechanism is used to make the handcart advancement (exit) labor-saving and smooth;
4. It is simple to operate and easy to maintain. Users can master the operation method and understand the precautions only through the instruction manual, without special training.
