SF6 inflatable ring main unit is a common box type, fully insulated medium voltage SF6 gas insulated ring main unit that the company has introduced and digested foreign advanced technology and independently developed and produced. Performance Features
1. Safe and reliable
SF6 inflatable ring main unit uses SF6 gas as the insulation and arc extinguishing medium and adopts a common box structure. All switch devices and all live parts are completely sealed in a fully insulated box. The box is filled with SF6 gas with a relative pressure of 0.036MPa. The sealing structure adopts advanced magnetic fluid sealing technology and technology to ensure that the annual leakage rate of SF6 gas in the air box is <0.05%.
The cabinet has a compact structure, small size, easy installation, and no exposed live parts, which reliably guarantees the insulation performance of the equipment, maximizes the safety of operation and operation, and can effectively prevent the intrusion of condensation, dirt, small animals, and corrosive chemicals.
2. Maintenance-free
The inflatable box is made of high-quality stainless steel plates with a thickness of 3.0mm, and adopts advanced manufacturing processes and testing methods such as laser welding and ultrasonic testing technology. The product meets the requirements of GB/T11022 and GB3906 standards for "sealed pressure system". The sealing performance of all products has been strictly inspected in the factory. The current advanced helium gas spectrometry leak detection method is used to detect SF6 gas leakage during the production process and subsequent testing of the ring network switchgear gas box. After being put into operation, only the SF6 gas pressure needs to be checked regularly, and the design maintenance-free life is up to 30 years.
3. Flexible and reliable expansion
The inflatable ring network switchgear is designed with expansion connections based on a semi-modular approach, and can provide two fully insulated expansion methods: fully insulated top or side, to meet the needs of different applications. Through reserved interfaces on the top or side of the switch cabinet, flexible expansion of functions can be achieved, making the overall fixation and flexible expansion of the ring network switch cabinet harmonious and unified.
