XGW□-12 outdoor box-type fixed switchgear is also called a ring network box. U) and indicating instruments are installed and debugged into a movable, sealed, moisture-proof and condensation-proof non-metallic GRC or stainless steel box, thereby realizing the integration of primary and secondary systems in the urban distribution network, shortening the construction period, and greatly improving the reliability of urban power grid operation.
The performance indicators of XGW□-12 outdoor box-type fixed switchgear meet the requirements of GB/T17467 "High Voltage/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation" and IEC466: "AC Insulated Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment with Rated Voltage Above 1kV and Below 38kV".
Functional features
- Adopts prefabricated live touchable silicone rubber cable heads, fully sealed, fully insulated, maintenance-free, and reliable to ensure personal safety;
- Compact structure, small and beautiful appearance, stainless steel double-layer box, service life of more than 20 years;
- Realize regional power outage maintenance and reduce the scope of power outage without affecting the operation of the main network;
- The cabinet materials are all made of aluminum-zinc-coated steel plates or stainless steel plates sprayed on the surface. The thickness is not less than 2mm and has strong corrosion resistance. Except for the main cabinet frame, other cabinet parts are all sheet components, which are light in weight and beautiful in appearance;
- There are no fasteners on the surface of the box for disassembly, and it has good anti-theft properties. The box has an IP3X protection level and has good rainproof performance;
- The top cover is an air sandwich type double-layer structure and is equipped with vents; the air inlet is located on the surface panel of the box and has a removable dust-proof filter; the air outlet is located on the top of the box and is hidden under the eaves; forming bottom-up air convection, giving the box good heat insulation and ventilation effects.
