Box-type substation is a small prefabricated substation specially designed and manufactured by our company for my country's urban distribution network on the basis of absorbing foreign advanced technology and design concepts. It has significant advantages such as reliable power supply, rapid installation, easy operation, low maintenance, and beautiful appearance. It is widely used in 12kV~40.5kV power distribution systems, industrial and mining enterprises, airports, stations, ports, docks, highways, subways, residential areas, large buildings and other places.
Product Features
1. The structure is compact, small in size, takes up less space, and is easy to transport and install. The structural forms of box-type transformers are divided into "head" type, "product" type, sub-box type, etc.
2. The shell is designed and produced using domestic advanced technology and new materials. It has the characteristics of being strong, heat-insulating, dust-proof, moisture-proof, and small animal-proof. The outer shell can be made of steel plate, composite plate, non-metallic and other materials.
3. It adopts a labyrinth plate structure, which is not only beautiful in appearance and easy to disassemble, but also has good ventilation and heat dissipation performance.
4. Adopt fully insulated and fully protected design.
5. The frame structure of the box is made of channel steel and angle steel, which has sufficient mechanical strength. The internal and external surfaces of each component of the box have been treated with anti-corrosion spraying to ensure that they will not rust for a long time and have a durable protective layer. The top cover of the box is a double-layer structure to prevent heat radiation and increase the indoor temperature.
6. It has perfect protection performance and easy operation, and can measure the high and low pressure sides.
7. All doors of the cabinet are equipped with lighting devices that automatically switch on and off as the doors open and close.
8. All doors of the box open outwards, with opening angles greater than 90°, and have positioning devices. The door is equipped with handles, secret doors, and locks that can prevent rain, rust, and blockage.
